OEM dredge pump spare parts
We received request from a client of Russia for customize(OEM) an impeller for their broken pumps(not our pump),
because the original impeller of that pump seems not so durable, and client not satisfied with it, so they want us to
customize a high Chrome alloy impeller with longer service life, they provide dimensions with photos, but not so
detailed, our engineer asked all of the necessary key dimensions of that impeller, and finished the modeling,
but clients worried about whether the screw thread of the impeller we customize can mate with the shaft of
their pumps;
that's also what we worried, after all, the dimensions from client are not so detailed/exactly.
But our solution solved this problem well, before we machining that impeller, we made 2 shaft heads with screw
thread, then send one of the shaft head to client by express to check whether it is suited with their old impeller,
after they tried, they feedback the shaft head we customized suits with their old impeller perfectly,
so we machining the impeller according to that remaining shaft head, and we helped client with that
impeller perfectly, client feedback our impeller suits with their old pumps perfectly, and our impeller lasts longer
than previous one.
