ZIDONG ZP/ZPR vertical sewage pit spinal sump slurry pump is designed for applications requiring greater reliability and durability than conventional vertical process pumps can offer. The heavy duty cantilever design makes the ZIDONG ZP/ZPR sump pump ideally suited for heavy continuous handling of abrasive and corrosive liquids and slurries whilst submerged in sumps or pits.

ZP series slurry pumps are designed for various sump conditions and can also be used for
floating dewatering or other floating pump platforms.
As a cantilever vertical mud pump, the ZP series pumps no underwater bearings or seals;
so it can avoid the main failures of bearings and seals;
these vertical slurry pumps can be fully elastic lining or hard metal(27% chrome alloy) assembly;
this vertical pump not only has excellent wear life, but also has high operation efficiency,
which finally reduces the operation cost.

Features
1. Cantilever design without submerged bearings or shaft seals;
2. Wet components are available in A05 high chrome alloys and elastomers (rubber);
3. The screened inlets and large impeller passages reduce the risk of blockages
4. Available in a pre-fabricated conical sump with quick clean facilities;
5. Replaceable strainers allows for easy maintenance;
6. Simple installation and easy maintenance.
7. Anti-wear, anti-corrosion, which let the pumps service more longer;
8. No priming required.
