Product Description
ZG series sand gravel pumps are designed for continuously handling the difficult high abrasive
slurries which contain too big solids to be pumped by a common pump. It has superior
performance than common pumps in dredging, sand mining, barge loading and mineral processing etc.
The advanced T-shaped supporting bracket can double the bearing power and extend
the overall life of the bearing assembly.

Structure Features
1. Single stage, heavy-duty design.
2. Single pump casing structure, lightweight.
3. The wet parts is a replaceable high chrome alloy with a long service life.
Suitable for conveying abrasive, solid liquid mixtures containing hard solid particles.
Suitable for dredging, sand suction, river dredging, mining, etc.
4. The pump body and cover plate are clamped with clamps, and the discharge direction
of the pump can be at any position of 360 degrees, making installation and use convenient.
5. The bearing assembly of the sand pump adopt a cylindrical structure, which is convenient for adjusting
the gap between the impeller and the pump body.
They can be removed as a whole during maintenance. The bearings are lubricated with grease.
6. The shaft seal forms of sand pumps include packing seal, expeller seal, and mechanical seal.
7. Three closed blades, with smooth flow channels, good cavitation performance, and good efficiency.
8. The main drive methods include V-belt drive and elastic coupling drive.
